Data Validation Specialist
We are looking for a Data Validation Executive to verify, clean, and maintain accurate records in our databases. This is a non-voice process, meaning the role focuses entirely on backend data verification without direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools.
Data Validation Executive – 4000 Forms/Month
Each employee is expected to validate 4,000 data forms per month per seat, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing. The role requires maintaining high-quality standards while meeting productivity benchmarks. Daily targets must be achieved to ensure timely validation and seamless workflow, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance with company guidelines.
Weekly Target-Based (Non-Voice Process)
Each employee is expected to validate 4,000 data forms per month per seat, with a structured weekly target. In the first week, 1,000 data forms must be completed to ensure a smooth onboarding and adaptation process. From the second week onward, employees are required to maintain a consistent pace, distributing the remaining workload evenly across the month. Accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards are essential to ensure data integrity and compliance with company guidelines.
Patient Data
Each employee is responsible for validating patient-related data from international countries, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection standards. The monthly target is 4,000 data forms per seat, with an initial requirement of 1,000 forms in the first week, followed by a steady workflow in the subsequent weeks. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are crucial to maintaining data integrity. The payout is Rs. 18/- per data form, providing an opportunity for consistent earnings based on performance.
Weekly Payout
Quality Check (QC) takes 4 to 5 days, ensuring data integrity before final approval. The payout is Rs. 18/- per data form, with the first payment processed biweekly and subsequent payments made on a weekly basis. Accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards are essential for maintaining data credibility.
Billing is processed within 4 to 5 days after the QC report. The payout is Rs. 18/- per data form, with the first payment processed biweekly and subsequent payments made on a weekly basis. Employees can earn up to ₹72,000 per month per seat, with a weekly payout of up to ₹18,000, depending on performance and accuracy. Maintaining high-quality standards and meeting productivity benchmarks is essential for maximizing earnings.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of ₹20,000 per seat is required, which is fully refundable after 3 months. A limited number of seats are currently available.
Training
Comprehensive training and sample data forms will be provided before the commencement of actual work to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process. The training will cover all necessary aspects of data validation, accuracy checks, compliance standards, and best practices to help employees become proficient in handling patient-related data from international sources. Additionally, sample data forms will be shared to allow individuals to familiarize themselves with the format, structure, and required validation procedures before working on live data. This preparatory phase will help in minimizing errors, improving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality standards, ultimately leading to higher accuracy and better performance throughout the project.
